All our houses are excellently maintained and redeveloped under full architectural specification, specifically as top quality student accommodation. All are redecorated annually and flooring, fixtures, fittings and appliances are upgraded regularly.
We try to provide the very best facilities for students who choose our flats and houses,including top quality appliances to modern efficient combi boilers. All bedrooms have double beds with luxurious memory foam mattresses, and all houses are furnished with top quality bedroom and kitchen furniture. Every house is internet-ready (phone line and cable) and most have multiple bathrooms and additional WCs. All features for each house are listed on the individual property pages.
We have our own full-time maintenance team, concerned only with our own tenants. Our Maintenance Manager responds promptly to all calls and emails and will pass on specialist work to my electrician, plumber, gardener or one of my more specialised contractors if required, monitoring all work from reporting to completion. Houses are repainted regularly with exterior painting on a 4-year schedule, and all are regularly inspected to ensure all aspects of the property are maintained to the highest standard.
We have a full-time letting manager, dedicated to your care and overseeing all aspects of your tenancy, from the original viewing through to the date you leave and request the return of your bond. They will help you to choose the right house, draws up the contract. to inspecting every house for maintenance and improvements, as well as helping you with any issues that may arise over the course of your stay with us.
Based in Swansea, they will co-ordinate your move in, handle the transfer of your utility accounts to ensure moving is as simple as possible, manage your rent account, and provide extensive guidance on how to get the best out of your year or more in your Digs Swansea property.
All our houses have been redeveloped with your safety and security a priority. Exterior doors have high quality locks as do student rooms and windows have appropriate locking mechanisms, as required. The houses have fire protection blankets, extinguishers and smoke alarms. We aim to exceed the requirements of the HMO housing scheme and ensure regular annual checks on the properties for fire, electricity and gas.
