Great accommodation and really friendly staff. I was on 27 Bryn Road, it had the benefit of the rugby pitch behind so we were able to watch the games from our garden. Also the private gated car park was ideal.

Throughout the year Victoria and the other staff have been really helpful at fixing any issues we had and answering any questions. Over the summer we needed another property to stay in to finish our masters and they made the whole process really easy and were very considerate of us the whole time.

I had some difficulties settling in and understanding the contract and they were more than willing to help me. Bobby the maintainence man is so lovely and when I had a leak, he sorted it the same day, with the estate agents I went with previously this took weeks.

The property was modern and clean when I moved in and when I needed maintenance throughout the year things were dealt with professionally and quickly. I wish i had rented closer to Sketty to be nearer the shops and my friends however this was my own choice. I left my property in good condition and my deposit was returned as I expected. I would recommend renting through Digs Swansea.

There were some minor maintenance issues like we needed a new toilet seat, but this was sorted very quick within a few days. Having come straight from halls Elizabeth, Megan and I were unsure about bills and bins and they were more than happy to help.

Best around, for sure! From being a first year student, with absolutely no clue on how to go about finding houses and what to look for…and everything that goes with it!…Oliver went above and beyond and gave lots of time and effort with informing my flat mates and I on everything we need to know and was very helpful throughout the whole experience. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service - highly recommend to anyone and everyone who may not know what to look for (like I did) when finding your ideal home.
