What's new at Digs Swansea?...

...Well, it turns out quite a lot!

We're currently in our busiest period in terms of letting our properties for next year, and as always our 1 and 2 bed properties are flying out. Students that view our properties always comment on how new our properties look and this is no surprise as we pride ourselves on regularly refurbishing all of our properties to bring the students of Swansea modern and clean homes. Student houses are often thought to be notoriously dirty and in poor condition. As you'll see below, the houses Digs Swansea provide meet a very high standard, and every year we are busy refurbishing something to ensure all our houses are kept up to date. On top of this, there's nothing we love more than adding to our portfolio and keeping our maintenance teams busy.

Yet again we are therefore excited to announce we have brand new properties available for next year! Finished in our usual style, we have a selection of 1 and 2 bedroom flats ready for July 2020. These are situated in Brynmill, and are perfectly located on the bus route, a short walk away from the Singleton Park campus and an easy walk away from local shops and pubs. If you're looking for something different for next year, perhaps a little more luxury than your previous student home, let us talk you through the floor plans for our new properties and if you're still not convinced you can come and see for yourself properties of the same specification that were completed for the new students in the summer of 2019.
