What are the steps to letting a student property with us?

Here are the steps to letting a student property with us!

1 - Have a look at properties you like on our website and email us to book in your viewings!

2 - Once you have been on viewings and select your favourite property, notify us via email you wish to proceed with a property.

3 - A property application will then be sent out to everyone who will be living in the property.

4 - Once your application forms have been returned to us, a tenancy agreement can then be created by one of our Lettings Managers.

5 - The tenancy agreement will then be sent out to you, and you can ask any questions about the agreement.

6 - If you are happy with the agreement, you can then sign for the property!

7 - Once you have signed, a deposit of 5 weeks rent is required, our accounts team will contact you to arrange this.

8 - The final step is to get your guarantor to fill in the guarantor form.

9 - Once these steps have been completed, your property for the next Academic Year is ready for you!
