The End of the 2022/23 Academic Year!

 Another Academic Year has finished!  The sun is shining and the weather is finally warmer.

The Digs Swansea team want to wish all our tenants who are leaving us this year the best of luck for the future! Each year, hundreds of students live in our properties and we are lucky to have such positive relationships with our tenants.

Tenancies expire on the June 30th and properties must be vacated by 10am, unless the tenancy has been extended. Please make sure to follow our property cleaning guide, to see what you are expected to do before you leave.

If anyone is looking for accommodation for the 2023-24 Academic Year, viewings will be available from October!

The Digs Swansea team look forward to moving in our new tenants and catching up with those who have extended tenancies.
